شروط الاستخدام

١. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك تطبيق GW Player ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط بالكامل. إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

٢. طبيعة التطبيق

GW Player هو مشغّل وسائط عام فقط. لا يوفّر التطبيق أي قنوات أو أفلام أو مسلسلات أو محتوى من أي نوع، ولا يستضيف ولا يبثّ أي محتوى. أنت وحدك تقوم بإدخال مصادرك (رابط خادم وبيانات دخولك) الخاصة بك.

٣. مسؤولية المحتوى

• أنت وحدك المسؤول الكامل عن المحتوى والمصادر التي تستخدمها داخل التطبيق، وعن امتلاكك الحقوق القانونية لها.
• لا يتحمّل التطبيق أو مطوّروه أي مسؤولية عن أي محتوى تصل إليه أو تشغّله عبر مصادرك الخاصة.
• يُمنع استخدام التطبيق للوصول إلى أي محتوى غير قانوني أو منتهِك لحقوق الغير.

٤. الاشتراك والدفع

• يتوفّر اشتراك Pro سنوي يُدار ويُدفع عبر App Store من حساب Apple الخاص بك.
• يبدأ التطبيق بفترة تجريبية مجانية، وبعد انتهائها يلزم الاشتراك لمواصلة استخدام الوضع اليدوي.
• يتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائياً بنفس السعر ما لم يتم إلغاؤه قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
• تتم إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات حساب Apple. تخضع المدفوعات لشروط Apple.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق، أو محاولة اختراقه، أو استخدامه لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية للغير.

٦. الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق التطبيق نفسه (الاسم، التصميم، الشيفرة) مملوكة لمطوّريه. لا يمنحك هذا التطبيق أي حقوق في أي محتوى تابع لجهات أخرى.

٧. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا يتحمّل المطوّرون المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو للمصادر التي تدخلها.

٨. إنهاء الخدمة

يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك للتطبيق في حال مخالفتك لهذه الشروط.

٩. التعديلات

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق موافقةً على النسخة المحدّثة.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the GW Player app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Nature of the App

GW Player is a general-purpose media player only. The App does not provide, host, or stream any channels, movies, series, or content of any kind. You alone enter your own sources (server URL and login credentials).

3. Content Responsibility

• You are solely and fully responsible for the content and sources you use within the App, and for holding the legal rights to them.
• The App and its developers assume no responsibility for any content you access or play through your own sources.
• Using the App to access any illegal or infringing content is prohibited.

4. Subscription & Payment

• A yearly Pro subscription is available, managed and billed through the App Store via your Apple Account.
• The App starts with a free trial; after it ends, a subscription is required to continue using manual mode.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Payments are subject to Apple's terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to hack it, use it for any unlawful purpose, or infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App itself (name, design, code) belong to its developers. The App grants you no rights in any third-party content.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App or the sources you enter.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

10. Governing Law & Contact
