سياسة الخصوصية

مقدمة

نحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق GW Player مع بياناتك. باختصار: معظم بياناتك تبقى على جهازك فقط، ولا نملك خوادم تجمع نشاطك.

١. البيانات التي نتعامل معها

• بيانات الدخول (رابط الخادم واسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور): تُحفظ محلياً على جهازك فقط لتسهيل الدخول، ولا تُرسل إلينا ولا تُخزّن على خوادمنا.
• تاريخ بدء التجربة: يُحفظ محلياً على جهازك (في Keychain) لإدارة الفترة التجريبية.
• تفضيلات التطبيق: مثل اللغة والمفضّلة وسجل المشاهدة — تُحفظ محلياً على جهازك.

٢. ما لا نجمعه

• لا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات أو إعلانات.
• لا نجمع ولا نراقب المحتوى الذي تشاهده أو تشغّله.
• لا نطلب بياناتك الشخصية (اسمك، موقعك، جهات اتصالك).

٣. المدفوعات

تتم عمليات الاشتراك عبر App Store. لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك ولا نحفظها إطلاقاً — تديرها Apple بالكامل.

٤. أطراف خارجية

• Apple: لمعالجة الاشتراكات والمدفوعات (حسب سياسة خصوصية Apple).
• خادمك الخاص: يتصل التطبيق بالخادم الذي تُدخله أنت لجلب محتواك؛ هذا الخادم تابع لك أو لمزوّدك وليس لنا.

٥. أمن البيانات

بما أن بيانات الدخول تبقى على جهازك، فإن حمايتها مرتبطة بأمان جهازك. ننصح باستخدام رمز قفل للجهاز.

٦. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون السن القانونية، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عن قصد.

٧. حقوقك

بما أن بياناتك محفوظة محلياً، يمكنك حذفها في أي وقت عبر تسجيل الخروج أو حذف التطبيق من جهازك.

Introduction

We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the GW Player app handles your data. In short: most of your data stays only on your device, and we do not operate servers that collect your activity.

1. Data We Handle

• Login details (server URL, username, password): stored locally on your device only to make signing in easier. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
• Trial start date: stored locally on your device (in Keychain) to manage the free trial.
• App preferences: such as language, favorites, and watch history — stored locally on your device.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We use no tracking, analytics, or advertising tools.
• We do not collect or monitor the content you watch or play.
• We do not request your personal data (name, location, contacts).

3. Payments

Subscriptions are processed via the App Store. We never see or store your card details — Apple handles them entirely.

4. Third Parties

• Apple: for processing subscriptions and payments (per Apple's privacy policy).
• Your own server: the App connects to the server you enter to fetch your content; that server belongs to you or your provider, not to us.

5. Data Security

Since login details remain on your device, their protection depends on your device's security. We recommend using a device passcode.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the legal age, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Your Rights

Because your data is stored locally, you can delete it anytime by signing out or removing the App from your device.
